Here at EarningSage, we have the utmost respect for the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to creating original, valuable content and expect the same from our community.
This page explains our policy as it relates to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our website infringes on your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Our Stance on Copyright
We take copyright infringement very seriously. Our policy is to respond to any clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
We create our content with care, using either our own original work, licensed materials, or content that is freely available in the public domain. We make every effort to properly attribute sources where required.
How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or are authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent with the following information:
Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
Identification of the Infringing Material: A clear description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on our site. The most effective way to do this is to provide the specific URL(s) of the page(s) where the material is located.
Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that we have removed it.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing the following information:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your City, State, or Country], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
If a counter-notice is received by our DMCA Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
Thank you for your cooperation.
